About me
I am committed to working with you so you can break free from anxiety
I have worked as an information professional for 10 years which I have enjoyed greatly - I love finding information and passing it onto others. However one of the defining areas of my life has been my ongoing experience of anxiety. I believe this has had a big impact on my life and not always for the better! It has taken me a long time to come to terms with anxiety and, more importantly, to learn to how to manage it. Now that I have managed to do this, I am passionate about supporting others as they find ways to manage anxiety in their lives.

My coaching style
My coaching style is intuitive, supportive, fun and gently challenging. It is based on the non-directive method. I provide an environment in which clients can explore aspects of their lives and, supported by intuitive listening and powerful questioning, achieve their goals.
